The fully screened pool backs on to woodland, which can be heated for an additional charge. The surrounding patio area has chairs, tables and loungers. There is also a barbeque available. |

We also provide the following: vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, telephone hair dryer, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and emergency lighting, pool door alarms, bed linen and towels.
The villa comprises of 2800 sq. feet of air-conditioned (and heated) living space.
Crib and highchair available.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All towels and linen are provided for your stay. The property will be cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. Interim cleans can be arranged if required at a nominal charge.

Our luxury home is 3 minutes from Reunion golf complex, with 3 courses designed by Jack Nicholas, Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson, and 5 minutes to Greg Norman's Champions Gate golf complex. With many other courses such as Southern Dunes and Highlands Reserve within a 15 minute drive.
Coast / Beach
With about a one hour drive west to the fantastic Gulf of Mexico and the great beaches at St Petersburg and Clearwater or the same distance East to the world famous Cocoa Beach, Daytona and Cape Canaveral.
Attractions
The villa is located south-west of Orlando. It is only a 15 minute drive to Disney World and other world-renowned attractions.
Travel
The villa is 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
As with most locations in the US, use of a car is essential. Should you wish, our US Management Company can assist with local car hire arrangements. An optional airport pick up service is available. This must be booked in advance.
